RG3 is made of glass. He'll only last 3 ot 4 games as a starter.

Well... The supposed buying of a house north of Houston is starting to have some resolve. Wouldn't mind him in camp fighting for a starting job as our rookie qb of the future gets seasoned. Rg3, savage, hoyer and rookie taking snaps. Of course hoyer is only there to be a camp body and a 2nd or 3rd string if rg3 can't grasp bobs offense and falls flat on his cornrows. Bring him in Bob.

Sign him - he will be the best QB the Texans have ever had.

2009 Schaub was better than 2011 Schaub by a wide margin.

But it also means that if hes actually deciding between offers, having a house here may give the Texans the advantage.

Could be nothing but I was bored and looked up some Texans front office people on twitter. Bill Obriens Executive Assistant is on twitter but her account is protected. However if you go to doesfollow.com you can put her twitter handle in and type in other twitter handles to see if she follows them. I checked to see if she followed a handful of QB's, here are the results...

    https://twitter.com/cslaur

    Jared Goff-No
    Carson Wentz-No
    Paxton Lynch-No
    Christian Hackenberg-Yes
    RG3-Yes
    Brock Osweiler-No

I know this probably means nothing and its stalkerish but "offseason gonna offseason".

It's interesting she didn't follow the other QB's.

    She probably wants the D.

As in defense. In the first round.

What's the point?? The Texans are going to suck for infinity. Your time is better spent elsewhere.

You will be hard pressed to find a QB that doesn't see open receivers like RG3... There were times where he would not see multiple open receivers.

I don't mind the Texans take a chance, but no solid reason to believe RG3 is going to do really well.

With the two quarterback system we ran and with all the wildcat and package plays for Daniels it leads me to believe bob isn't just stuck in his old fashioned pocket passing typical QB. If we sign rg3 and bob can sort of rekindle that system that rg3 was successful with obriens knowledge when it comes quarterbacking.

If bob can somehow manage to combine the two we could have the perfect storm. But it will also be all on the shoulders of rg3. That's why we still need to draft a QB (Hack) because if rg3 fails hack can step right in and take the reins. It will be on rg3 to put in the work and to learn to adjust to start taking care of himself and playing smarter as in sliding running out of bounds and etc.. So it would be all on rg3 to adjust physically and mentally to get back to form.

And if he does watch out perfect storm and if not just storm. But the reward far outweighs the risk. And one more important factor is rg3 attitude he does come across as a ME guy but with the foundation obrien has laid here with TEAM FIRST mentality I can see rg3 buying in right away. Let me just say I believe our TEAM FIRST philosophy and our LOCKER ROOM is way different from what he had in Washington. And the big difference would be nothing will be given to him. Rg3 would have to start back from the bottom and earn every single thing from respect and trust from his teammates and coaches to the starting job.

Get it done BoB, RG3 wants to be here, our players want him to be here, the fans want him to be here, now it's up to you.
