    There is a reason the stats only went back to 04-05 season. How about 03-04 Detroit first game 87-89 losing to Indiana? Or 99-00 Lakers first loss 92-104 to the SuperSonics?

    Media cherry-picking stats to create story people!

    In any case a land-slide, crushing 20-pt loss to a team that just sent its (arguably) best player to us is ill-boding and devastating.
