I remember opening night last year, he said we'd be "7th or 8th seed at BEST" and I died.

He has us coming out of the East.

 

Barkley knows his stuff. He used to be a professional basketball player and is a HOF. How many HOF's do we have on our current team?

 

All these analysts including the Clippers as an elite team just shows how clueless they all are

I think Les just needs to pay Charles. Barkley did a solid taking 1 mil for that one year.

 

I guessed the Lakers and it turns out I was correct. Yes!

 

I wouldnt be shocked if those 4 teams finished ahead of us at all (on top of that the Grizzles can be damn good and who knows how much the Pelicans will improve). I also wouldn't be shocked with us finishing 1st or 2nd.

Nothing wrong with what he said. Those are all really really good teams.

 

I think there's the Warriors, and then there's four other teams (OKC, Spurs, Rockets, Clippers) that could go in any order.

 

Buck Farkley. He is just pissed cause he thought his umpa lumpa butt could come ride the jock of dream and drex to a title and it didn't work.

He did help us past the sonics which was satisfying. Other than that.

 

Elite like in real life? Elite like they've never been to a WCF? Sorry no "Elite" team pulls possibly the biggest choke/gag job in recent memory.

 

Those are the "chalk" picks, any of 8 to 10 teams in the West have a chance. Just let our winning do the talking

 

I wouldn't put too much weight on what Barkeley says. He and Shaq are more like entertainers than analysts.

 

Don't care. The massive pay cut he took in 1998 so the Rockets could put together a championship contending roster (Pippen) gives him almost total immunity from my disdain.

 

Last year he did not have us to make the top 8 and we finished second. Does that mean that since this year he does not have us in the top 4, we finish first?

 

Vegas also has those as the top 4 west teams... its not that hard to fathom.
