I'm trying to burn a bunch of mp3s onto a CD. I want to burn the 100 or so songs (obviously in mp3 format) that are on one of my playlists. I select "copy to cd" and tehn choose copy to data CD from the subsequent menu, but nothing happens. The strange thing is, if I choose say 10 songs and say make an audio cd, media player has no problems and makes me a fine audio cd. Anyone have similar issues? Its annoying as hell and I don't want ot have to go through 100's of folders to pick the songs to put on this CD.

does you cd burner not come with a cd writing program? if it does, just make a data cd and put your mp3s as the files. Just remember stay away from microsoft at all cost.
