    Who would be for trading Yao for Kevin Garnett??? Any other suggestions??? I like the fact that Jason Kidd seems to be considering the Rockets, which could be just hear say!

    if ROX want to get KG, then also need a good center since KG is not post-up type player.

    I think our bigger problem is a veteran Point guard who plays defense and is a good shooter.

    I really think someone like J Kidd - would be a no-brainer. half our bench is of no use and I am pretty sure with the expiring contracts Caroll Dawson will be making moves.

    A Power Forward who is athletic and cover Yao would be the second priority.

    I dont see both David Wesley and Bob Sura being on the team next year- if I had a choice I would trade Sura- not because he did not do a great job, but he would be more marketable. I would let go off Vin baker and Moochie Norris- and heck even Juwan howard,If I could!

    Signing Deke and Barry is really important- Deke looks like he can go for 4 more years and if Kidd is an option should not be a big problem.

    For once we will have a point guard who will make everyone look like superstars. Sure J Kidd contract is really huge- but we can always trade him at a later date, we need to take care of the next 2 years when Yao and Tracy hit prime time.

    You do know that KG makes roughly...4 times as much money as Yao currently does.

    There are more things to consider in a trade than just talent.

    Unless we can find a taker for Spoon and our MLE and get back someone we can get immediate contribution from, I think we will probably look to sign Barry for another year and use the MLE to grab a Donyell Marshall type player who can rebound.
