    I personally think that the frontal lobe of his brain never fully developed. He still has the maturity of that silver spoon fed teenage spoiled brat.

    • Self-monitoring
    • Motor planning
    • Personality/emotions
    • Awareness of abilities/limitations

    He's definitely hadn't developed all of these.
