Sure, but I don't see the problem here. Even if every station in the country was owned by ClearChannel, if there's a market for alternative radio options, someone should be able to start one and quickly build a following. Whereever the people go, the ad dollars will go.

This just seems like good marketing to me and no different than product placement for more tangible products.

Sorry, Major. I can't really argue with you on this one. I just don't have the faith in the free market I know you to have, particularly when it comes to art. I'll just leave it alone and spare us both the time.
