I always use Skype all day. Recently it somehow updated itself and "forced" me to use a new version (I think 4.1 or something). I have gotten so used to the old look and have no idea why they would force you to get used to a new look without my permission. I know there are a lot of tech-savvy people on Clutchfans. Does anyone know how I can get back to the old version and make sure they don't do this "auto-update" again? Thanks in advance.

Okay, I found it out myself...went to oldapps.com, downloaded Skype 3.8, uninstalled Skype 4.1, installed 3.8 again and disabled the setting for auto-update (am pretty sure that I had that disabled before, too and that I never agreed to update, but anyway) - back to the old interface I liked :).

There's a way in options to switch it back to the old interface. I only have it on my work computer so I couldn't tell you how right now.
