    At I10 and federal road.

    Apparently a guy got out of his car on the freeway and started shooting at cars.

    2 confirmed dead so far.

    Got a pistol in the mail as we speak. Now that I’m a father I’m not taking any chances. Until they can figure out the gun laws I feel like I need the extra level of protection for her.

    No I didn’t at all, biff.

    I said I bought a gun to add and extra level of protection for my daughter and brought it up in a thread about another possible mass shooting. You don’t see the correlation?

    Where do you get that I think it would be a good idea to confront a shooter from that? It’s for protection. If they’re not coming right at us we’re trying to get to safety.

    That’s exactly what I’m doing. I’ve never been a gun guy either. As soon as it comes in I’m taking handgun safety classes and getting my chl. Honestly, I probably wouldn’t even be getting one now if I didn’t have a 6 month old daughter at home. A lot of these idiots seem to like to target family friendly gatherings. I’m just trying to do what I can to try and keep us safe. Your whole mindset changes when you have a kid and my sole purpose on this planet is to protect her.

    I’m not sure how old biff is up there but I wouldn’t ever think of going after an active shooter. The gun I’m getting is purely for defense.

    For this case in particular, you need a gun mount. Not gonna judge, but preferably on top of a Prius or an all electric, you eco terrorist gas guzzlers!

    Only way to prevent future highway shootings.
