Rudy- not afraid to put in a new system, play those who deserve it, even if a veteran has to ride the bench. You are running this team.

Steve- The Franchise, for accepting Yao, playing unselfishly, and proving you are the leader

Cato- For just plain getting after it and becoming a very nice player
