I know most air lines are bad, but united has to be the worst. I was supposed to go from Austin to Taiwan on two flights, but my first flight had mechanical problems so they reroute me to three other flights all which did take off on time. One of them got delayed for two hours. To top it off they refused to accommodate my food restriction because I didn't call 24 hours ahead of time, but with all their delays I did call more than 24 hours ahead of time. To top it all off the lost my luggage with all my got good clothes, and I am supposed to visit a client tomorrow. Their representative are rude as hell even if you try to be nice with them. They just completely just ignore you. I just wanted to punch this one guy, but I didn't want to end up in guantanamo or something. How does a company exists with customer service like this.
I been flying with United for past 6 years. Never had any major problem with them. I would rate them on top of all the other airlines. One time my fly got delayed for 3 hours, and they put me in the first class waiting room, which has free Cognac whiskey, so I was way to drunk to complain.
