How many can you without stopping?

I made it to 150 for the first time and am pretty pleased.

I do 100 everynight (well most of the nights, sometimes I am too lazy) but I have a 10sec break or so in the middle.

150 with out stopping? Damn. I wonder how many I can do. I will find out later.

I am going to try this when I get home and report back to you.

I started doing them in my office, but got puzzling looks from my colleagues.

I also usually do around 100 a night, the max I ever did without stopping was lik 140, then had a couple minute break and did another 50. This was all in 10th grade gym

I used to do 100 everynight, but that was a few years ago. I mainly just lift weights now. Right now I'm probably good for around 75-80.

    150!?

I just started doing about 30-45 every night. But I split it into sets of 3. I also do them as slow as possible- I heard that's the best way to build muscle, but it hurts.

150 "real" pushups without stopping or cheating? I'm calling BS on this.

I don't think pushups have too much body building value. All it does is help you do more pushups. A couple of sets on a bench would probably be more useful.

I don't know. I've been mostly lifting weights lately. I'll have to try on my off day.

had to do close to 150 straight for my black belt grading and i am fairly small in the upper body

AB is bloody huge i have no doubts he could do this

i found push-ups to be one of those things with practice you can increase them very rapidly, i think i started only being able to do 10 and within a short time got to 100
