My fiancee is having a problem. She has created a news letter on Microsoft Works. Her supervisor has Microsoft Word. She wants to email the newsletter to her supervisor in Word format. So she opens up Works, opens the newsletter file and it displays fine. 2 full pages and both sides of the pages are fine. She then saves it as a MS Word file. The when she opens it up, 1 of the pages is correct, but the 2nd page only displays HALF the data. What is she doing wrong?

    There's the problem right there.

    That's an oxymoron. ;)

    j/k

One solution I'd suggest though is to select all of the text, copy the text, then paste and save it to a WordPad file... Then from the word pad file, select all and copy, then paste it into a Word file...

    Get what I'm saying?

Also, some Works versions have an option to save the file as a Word 6.0 (or similar) file... try this instead of a general Word file.

    Hope either of those help.

In Works, you should have an option to save the file as an .rtf (rich text file). Do that and it should open correctly in Word.
