Ummm...better watch out for retribution from The General. He looks like someone who doesn't put up with that pizza crap.

I don't think this sells more pizza. The brand should be strong enough to stay in business, but how about instead of inventing the garlic knot, they give us something new like a mar1juana kale crust. I'd like to see some innovation.

He made a point about the racist being kicked out and that all the workers weren't racist and he wanted to join to help out the workers.

I live in a place without Papa Johns.... I miss their sauce.

I also miss Little Cesars sauce with crazy bread sticks or whatever it was called.

i used to think papa johns was the best national chain pizza, but all of a sudden it became nasty to me. they didnt change...i think my tastes just evolved.

i discovered via 313 here in austin and i have zero reason to get pizza anywhere else. detroit-style - pan crust (like garlic bread) with the sauce on top of the cheese and meats.

Oh yeah, that place is great. Had never had Detroit-style before, but it's the closest thing to good deep dish I've found around Austin. The pizza joint at Jester King Brewery in Dripping Springs (can't remember the name) is also great, perfect setting to enjoy outdoor beers and slices.

Same. Every couple of months I have a jones for mediocre pizza and slum it and order from Domino's. They have garlic sauce that's pretty much just like what I remember PJ's to be (which was the first place I ever had garlic sauce).

There's just better pizza out there, or cheaper 'fast' pizza (Dominos, Little Caesars). I'd rather pay a few bucks more for a GREAT pizza. The only thing PJ's has is their brand, which their dipshit founder drug through the mud with his outspoken political views.

You slowly lose your sense of smell/taste as you age, pops.
