    Heath,

I don't need Nunez because he is a righty and I need a lefty.

I knew that but my idea was you perhaps needed someone to pitch against lefties and not a lefty to suck. Nunez got a 7 vs lefties (and only 6 vs righties) so you could say he is as good if not better vs lefties than he is righties, and he's had a good ERA for years now with last year being a bit out of the ordinary, but still not bad either. He also pitched in a new role (or split the closer job) last season so that is why his saves (and innings) were down.

But he is also a "4" in avoiding walks against lefties while he is a "7" in avoiding walks against righties. He is okay but he isn't any better than Mike Buddie, ratings wise.

I am sorry but I am not trading Pudge unless Collins is included (along with Lunsford and Lee). Pudge is too valuable to me to be traded for anything less.

Ok, I had to try. :)

I will try again when Pudge is a year older and you a year wiser. :p

Well I was interested in Juan Gone at the time, but the price was too steep back then.

I'll see after FA what I have, and if the price is right now, I might offer.

For those that need bullpen help, I can offer one, only one, of the following:

    Mike Buddie
    Kyle Farnsworth
    Matt Anderson

My preference is to move Buddie, but I can move one of the other two.

Just make an offer and I can tell you if it is a good one as I really don't have any pressing needs. Prospects would be nice, though.

    Heath,

I haven't been able to catch you in chat, is there any way you could e-mail me? I want to talk to you about a deal for Ramirez. Although he really would be a minor player as I was wanting to inquire about a larger deal. One that includes Ordonez.

I see no deal that we'd agree on that includes Ordonez. With that contract I almost consider him to have negative value in a deal.

I'm putting SP Roca (#41 on the Top 100) on the block to upgrade my SP. Any teams out there interested let me know.

    Heath - nevermind....you wouldn't be interested :)

damn edit button.....I'd also take offers that included hitters. But I would have to be able to turn around and trade one of my position players for a SP.

I am in need of a 2B, SS, or possibly a 3B depending on the position you offer.

I am offering CF Stanley, 3B Koskie, 1B Swisher or pitching prospect.

If you are interested in Stanley then any IF position will do (except 3B) as I can then move Pujols back to the OF. If it's Koskie or Swisher then I will need a 2B or SS.

I can also include someone like Jimerson, Blanco, or pitching prospect in a deal if need be. Let me know via e-mail.

    Heath,

Still interested in Pudge? I hate to trade him, especially now with the season he is having, but I have to keep my payroll under control (thanks Jack Cust...).

LMK if you are. I would need to take Spiezio off my hands, simply because I grow tired of dealing with him. The last time we talked about this, I was satisfied with Lunsford and Lee but never could get that 3rd part wrapped up. I'm okay at the bullpen spots now, but I would like a prospect, preferably one in the top 100 (hint: SS/position player).

You are getting first crack, but unless someone really blows what you can offer out of the water, I *think* that Pudge *may* be returning home to you.:D

Oh, damn - I need Chuck to get the ratings back in the profiles. I'm a junkie for players' splits and I have to evaluate Spiezio.

Well, I can tell you a little about Spiezio, or as Chuck and me like to call him, Sandfrog.

He is a switch hitter, who normally hits lefties better than righties, but last year, he really struggled against lefties. Has outstanding defense at 1B with A range and over .990 fielding percentage. He also can play 2B, 3B, RF, and LF.

As for the "extra", I am interested in Clyde Clyde, because I like his talent ratings and I love the name. However, I could be persuaded to take Allen Baxter instead.

Anyone who is interested in the evil and greedy Mark Mulder, let me know. Just make offers. Most people know what offers I like.

Heath - what is the word on Pudge? I need to know if you are still wanting him because I have some other deals in the works involving other players.
