ok....

i know it's damn early in the season, but i dont know how much more whistle-blowing i can take. the refs/league are single-habdedly ruining this game. we're barely 8 mins. into this rockets game and the refs have called a foul about every 45 seconds..... this is INFURIATING!!!! just let them play the damn game.

honestly, i cant watch this game when it has to come to a complete stop everytime someone gets touched or falls. this is a HUGE reason why basketball has been getting such poor ratings and attendence. if i wanted to have constant stops in the action and be able to "take it easy" at a game, i'll watch baseball. the appeal of basketball is supposed to be the non-stop action..... not how many points a team score at the foul line. when a player drives hard to the hoop, the refs literally go to auto-blow. the percentage of fouls called when someone takes it in the paint have to be around 75%-80%.... if not more. that's just absurd.

LET THEM PLAY, DAMMIT!!!!

if you're willing to spend the $150 for league pass, why not pay for digital cable? digital cable (especially with DVR) is awesome, and well worth the money. hell, it aint even that much.

get digital cable (with DVR), order league pass, record all your favorite shows AND games, and enjoy your new and improved life.

trust me.

 

i know what you're saying, but these guys aren't NFL QB's.... we shouldn't be protecting them at all costs. when a player takes it to the hoop strong on 2 or 3 players, the refs shouldn't be blowing their whistle at the slightest touch (which htey almost always do). that's part of the game. the physicallity of the game used to be part of it's appeal. if the guy obviously gets hacked, go ahead and call it.... but these tic-tac calls in the paint are enough to make me want to throw my dog through the TV.
