I love this show. Basically they just recap highlights from the league during the 90's. Brings back so many memories from my childhood. On a Rockets note: I just caught Volume 3 and it covered both of the Rockets' Championships. Check it out if you get a chance, especially if you grew up watching ball in the 90's.
