The guy is what 40 yrs old. He has a daughter who is about or actually plays in the WNBA. To me it looks bad. Assuming Malone's daughter is 24 yrs old or something playing WNBA it looks bad to know that your father is still playing in the NBA trying to win a ring. Karl Malone is going to overshadow his daughter. (I could care less)

But in sports it looks bad to me. Lets put in perspective shall we lets say your 65 years old and your a writter for some newspaper and your daughter or son are going into the same field and your daddy is still trying to win the Pulitzer Prize. I mean its time to say hey dad just give it up and move on. Or your 25 years old in some marketting company and your dad is still trying to receive his promotion at 60. Just give it up. In racing its another thing. For example Dale Earnhard and Earnhard Jr. I believed did race together but Earnhard had already won his championships he was racing for the love of the game. malone is just trying to win a ring at all costs. Why doesn Stern give the Mailman a Western Conference Championship ring for the years of 1997 and 98 so he can go already. Stockton, Hornacek all did the right thing. but malone is just stubborn as well as his buddy Russel

Malone is like the Emmit Smith of the NBA.

He's outlived his usefulness but is still clinging to the game to try and capture records and titles that have eluded him because he is basically a big crybaby.

I think winning a ring this year would almost HURT his credentials more than it would help.. seeing as how this is just a completely shameless thing he's doing.
