Kinda reminds me of the Nic Cage John Travolta movie.

 

Didn't know the protagonists are married in real life.

I’ll have you know that I am a very vocal Godzilla fan as well.

 

Watched this yesterday. Franco's character was utterly annoying, but I guess that was how he was written. Of course, Brie's character was annoying by proxy for putting up with his ****. In retrospect, they were sort of an average couple. Their whole journey was nice. I just wish they were a bit more likeable.

I'd like to see a sequel (or prequel) to explain the well and the mythos a bit more.
