I'm going to be building a computer fairly soon, and I was wondering what a good choice would be for a monitor that I could also watch TV on. My price range is around 400 bucks. I don't know the first thing when it comes to these things, so any advice is welcome.

If you are willing to spend a little more you could get a 32" Westinghouse LCD.....for both TV and PC.....

Although you would need to sit a ways back to avoid dizzyness.

Otherwise, I would simply go to Dell.com and then to the Dell Factory outlet tab....and pick up a 19" or 20" one pretty cheap.
