well, I don’t know about you, but when I go on tours, I always take a lead pipe in case I get stuck with a bad tour guide in need of negative reinforcement.

I find the amount of open lawlessness, from saying what they will do openly, to doing it and posting live for the world to see to being surprised that most/some capital police pushed back utterly crazy. I think it speaks to an environment of lawlessness, expected protection from official and what’s that word - expecting to be treated as higher class citizens with a different set of rules for them - Trump supporter privileges. Hard to blame them for living this way when their special leader pardoned white supremacists, murderers and ‘love’ them.

 

I have a cop friend who still loves Trump. And Cruz. But he also lives in the suburbs so I'm not sure which poison is affecting his brain.

I was thinking during the craziness that the cops there sort of looked shabby, like they were the C team with a bunch of desk jockeys and close to retirement types.
