    I know the onion is the onion, but it got me thinking whether or not you can give me a President who hasn't lied on the subjective basis of key matters from first to latest? hmmm?

    Did Carter ever lie? I'm sure he was wrong often enough, he certainly has been horribly wrong many times as an ex-President, but I don't think he's a liar.

    Probably one of the few...good point. In my view, Carter was greatly ineffective on some issues, but character-wise I think he was up there...
