Anybody here know about having a Felony charge, which was dismissed under deferred adjudication, expunged in Texas? Or sealed in some way?
I need to have this done, and any assistance is greatly appreciated. I'm visiting with my lawyer tomorrow about it, but any info is appreciated.

    Thanks.

So it was dismissed, it still shows up on your record?

MM - Do you offer services like this? Like if I wanted you to pull up any records on me, to see what people could obtain. This was something that has always interested me.

no..i don't do criminal work. i know of a group that does background checks, though. my church uses them for volunteers and new employees.

i could find out what you own pretty quickly, though. i don't think i represent any of your creditors. :D

Sweet. Would you email/post their contact? I'd love to have one ran against me. Also, is it anything like credit reports? Like CSC will have a piece of info that Transunion doesn't.

    Thanks a lot!

Not me, but a friend. :)

Just got into some trouble a month before turning eighteen. Then a month after turning eighteen, got into trouble again. So this friend of mine just wants to see what potential employers could view.

Crazy guy that friend o' mine.

I got an MIP when I was 15 and they said that if I stayed crime free until 18 it would be sealed. I had to divulge that when I applied for law school, but I still got in. I wondered if it would show anywhere at all since it was "sealed".

BTW, one wine cooler, just opened when the cop rolled up. Didn't even drink any yet. Weak.
