Has there been a thread on this yet? I've seen the first three episodes of the show and it's been great! They film real-life people like James Carville doing real-life things like coaching Howard Dean before a debate, but then they somehow mix in actual actors. It's so confusing!!! I don't know how they do it! It's really a pretty ground-breaking show that gives some pretty deep insight into Washington politics. I heard they don't start filming until one week before each episode airs, because they want to make sure the show will be about something that is currently in the news. Yet another great show by HBO.
I haven't seen it yet kid, but I plan to. It's an interesting thing they are trying to do. I guess they tape it weekly so they can get a hot topic while it's happening. Sounds like they are kind of breaking new ground.
I saw the first one but I didn't like how they were trying to mix fact and fiction. I basically didn't know what was real. It was enjoyable, however, for the simple reason that it appeared to give a realistic look into politics. I didn't watch it after that but I just didn't make it a point to.
