    Do the rockets have to draft an international player or can we sign a point guard that makes an olympic splash.

    What is the rules regarding these aquisitions?

    Depends on the age. I think you can sign any one above 24 without draft as long as he does not have contractual agreement with his previous team.

    I think it is over 22, not 24.
