    Oh yes.. you are right.. horizontal.. for some reason I thought it was vertical. I'm pretty sure you get that at 21 though... what's so special about 24?

    I'm 23 today. Spending my birthday in snowy Denver.

    Nothing's special about 24, but licenses expire every six years.
