    The senate can't do this, because this is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
    Thank goodness for judicial review... the Supreme Court will not let this go through.
    I already knew we were slowly giving more "rights" to the police, didn't know it'd get this far.

    Supreme court needs it to go to court and be challenged first. Senate bills that pass only have to be signed by the President to become law.
