Gas Wars

    Two local gas stations today had a bizarre gas war. Prices were nearly free. FREE GAS that is. 1 cent, 2 cents, and 3 cents were the final prices around 6 pm. today.

    Prices at other places around the city stayed in the $1.50 ranges while these two stations went at it starting at a dollar and dropping, and dropping, and dropping.

    THAT's just STUPID.

    I sure will find one as soon as I can fidn one. It happened in my hometown of Albuquerque, NM. My sister got it on videotape for all of the non believers.

    I was one of them :).

    One place was out, and other other place was running out. She recorded the line of cars, and we counted 80 cars in one of the 8 lines that were there.

    45 to an hour wait I heard.

    Would you guys wait in a line 45 minutes to 1 hour to save around $20? Better yet, would you pay $20 not to have to wait 1 hour in a line? Hmmm....
