For some reason my mail is acting up today. It's telling me I need to submit my password to get my mail, when I do it just comes back asking for it again as if the password has changed or is invalid when I know it should not be. Any thoughts?
Mine is working fine so it has to be your password or something, maybe if you call them they can change it?
I've had that happen before, I think. You have to call RR and have them "re-set your box" or some such vernacular. You will need a couple of the ID numbers off of your cable modem. I've had RR for about 5 years and have had to do this about 5 times. It only takes a few minutes.
