Does the procedure change?

    In my memory for last year or the year before last, Stern annonced switch of draft picks/deals in the draft party. However, he didn't do it for this year. Does that mean all those deals are not officially complete?

    Anybody has an answer?

    It's because of Battiers' BYS status........I think

    July 12 it expires and we get Battier for #8 pick and Swift.
