Should Knight be starting?

  1. Yes, the Grizz have enough shooters without JWill

I've always loved this guy. He's one of the best pure passers in the game and he's an absolute ballhawk on defense. Damn shame he can't shoot to save his life. Anyone else see him against the Kings? He was helping the Grizzlies to KILL Sacramento. Then they put JWill back in, and the the Kings promptly pulled ahead to stay. Exactly why isn't Knight starting? Precious few others get their teams' offenses going like Knight.

I honestly think that the Grizz should package Jason Williams and Shane Battier and bring in a real pg and somebody else.

    i dunno...say j-will/battier to portland for d. stoud/bonzie

    grizz main rotation:

    pg: stoudemire/knight
    sg: giricek/person/dickerson
sf: bonzie wells/gooden (minutes here and at pf)
    pf: pau gasol/gooden
    c: stromile/lo-wright.

that team would do much better IMHO.

    Knight is very under-rated imo.

J-Will is a better at creating and shooting, but I'm not sure he's necessarily a better fit than Knight with all the other personell they have.

Seems like Jason will continue to be entrenched as the starter though.

Trade him to the Cavs. :)

I don't think they could get Damon and Bonzi for J-Will and Shane but they could probably pull off just Damon. They'd really have something if they got a decent point guard.

i think they could, cuz portland is really shopping damon around after getting McInnis. Bonzie was on the block last year, i'm not sure how much that has changed. Battier proved to be a solid player last year and J-will would add some flash to the lacking Blazers squad. If you suck, at least try and suck with style.

Yeah, except Damon isn't a decent point guard. :)

They'd be better served sticking with what they have than going after a player like Stoudamire.

Why do people still think Stoudamire is still worth a ****?

They'd are better off with J-Will...
