    Sorry, Jason Maxiell caught a lob(finished it, emphatic slam) from the Piston's pg and Alston's head was getting to know Maxiell's twig n berries. Hence, the posterization.

    THat was not really posterizing. Alston did absolutely nothing, not even jump or defend when he saw the beast the call Maxiell.

    Being posterized means being dunked on and a poster could be made out of that dunk. I think you could have a pretty good poster on that picture.

    Ok technically you're right, but I've always taken the term "posterized" to mean getting dunked on while contesting the dunk.

    The defender has to make an attempt to block or foul or it to be posterization.
