i too am stunned that not once but TWICE posters in this thread made mention of 1994 role players without mentioning the most significant rocket of them all during that series against the suns, vernon maxwell.

rockets have the talent, but they need to get that vernon maxwell mentality. right now the jazz have all the mental momentum and are playing as if they are envisioning a victory and willing it so. rockets's heads are filled with self-doubt and are playing like they've lost sight of that champion confidence.
