I am still brought to the verge of tears today as I think about what happened a year ago and I cant even pinpoint what it is that makes my heart hurt. Is it the loss of lives, the loss of innocence, the anger and fury that builds in me? Maybe all of the above and more. All I know is that my life will never be the same again. I still think about what happened pretty often. I would do anything to get my hands on Bin Laden or any of those bastards that choreographed this destruction. I think of the brave people on those flights and the stories of the PA flight of how they fought back. I cant think of any better description of a hero then of those people that fought back. They say time heals all things, well today my heart hurts just the same as it did one year ago. God bless the dead. God bless wounded. God bless the USA.

Oh My Gosh, I thought this was a recent thread. You might think about putting something in the title showing this thread is a memorial thread and is not a current event........I was almost came unglued when I saw the title

    :(

The drive in to work today and barely anybody had their headlights on. Are they stupid or what? Not to mention there was gridlock traffic where I never experience traffic jams. It took me half an hour to travel a few hundred feet to the parking garage I needed to get to. It gave me a chance to here the stupid Howard Stern re-broadcast their 9/11/2001 show where they were completely acting like idiots during the terror attacks. Thanks for playing back your show's idiocy, Howard.

I wonder if Rudolph Guiliani has finished reading all the names yet in NY?

This was a very sobering read.

Not to disrespect the impact of the initial event itself, but given the repercussions of the original headline, I would be curious as to how you could even consider it's repeating itself.

I haven't this thread since last year. It's eerie. And I didn't realize how angry I was, and other were, until I re-read most of the thread again! :(

And is it just me, or don't you hate when the media tries to give a name to something to put their own mark on it. Like Fox News: "9/11 The Day America Changed", Or CNN's "9/11 America Remembers". I hate that.

This is just replying to the Howard Stern fiasco on that day that Surf wrote about. I heard a little of that **** today, and it was sad that piece of human GARBAGE was interviewing some stripper from Scores on what her reactions was on that dreadful day. She was saying how she was drunk as hell, naked, blah blah blah....and Howard was hitting on her....it was just sad....
