Obama paid a ton of money to not watch Zion. I hope he comes back. EDIT: Welp, Zion is not coming back.. gone in 33 seconds. I'm no longer interested in this game.
I think it's more precaution to keep him out of the game. I think if it was more serious his dad would have stayed in the locker Room with him.
Let's see how the Nike hype machine spins this one. A defective shoe is a defective shoe, but if this ends up being a fairly serious injury it has to cause considerable damage to the Nike brand...then again they did manage to make everyone forget Kobe raped a girl and sold a bunch of Kobe's signature shoes afterwards so maybe this isn't so bad for them.
He should shut it down completely and hire an agent pronto. Get a second opinion for this injury as well and prepare for the draft. I am not opposed to the NBA using one year of college, to evaluate HS prospects however at the very least these players should be paid.
He lasts a minute. Wow. Who is number two on NC? When you wear your hair that goofy you better be good. He's not. He has turned the ball over multiple times, and every shot I saw him take, he missed.
That’s a brutal tear I guarantee. Damn. Watch the Stephen Tulloch tear with an aggressive stamp. Clowney with a stamp and the turf giving way. I know it personally. That dude tore his knee. Terrible terrible.
I don't think Fultz injury is physical. Maybe he was injured for a little bit. No upside for zion to play.
Jeebus. I have watched basketball a long-ass time, and I don't think I've ever seen a shoe come apart like that, leading to an injury. Feel really badly for Zion. I think he was overhyped a bit, but damn. Nobody deserves a random injury b/c their shoe was screwed up... or at least nobody playing after 1955 or so.
I'm always going to believe tonight was sabotage, because it's difficult to disprove and I like to believe in those kinds of conspiracies. Some equipment manager is off to a foreign country with a boatload of cash by now.
