Damn! That was pretty good stuff. I had a flashback of Maradona in the '86 World Cup.

EDIT: Damn it! DrLudicrous beat me to it. :)

Oh, and yes, the Arabic play-by-play was pretty good too.

He also had the best goal of the entire '06 World Cup:

That's what i was going to say when i saw the goal....it was amazing..great burst of speed and control.

Tigermission - that wasn't messi who scored that goal in the world cup 06. That was Maxi Rodriguez

I saw the goal when it happened and thought DAMN!!!!
But what also struck me was the crowd reaction, with the hanky's and all. What is that? I remember they did the same thing when Ronaldinho scored a hat trick last year.

Another reason to   at espn, the goal only made number 8 on the top 10 plays of the day. 8?!?!?!?!!!

I love players that play at pace, making the defense make a quick choice...that is when some magical goals can happen.

Usually when the crowd waive with White Hanky's that means they want the coach fired. But since this was a game at Barca i doubt it was the case this time.

It's really easy. Next time you want to post a youtube vid, look on the right side of the screen where they have the info of who posted the vid on youtube. There's a field called "EMBED" there. Just click on the field and the text in there will be highlighted. Then just "control+C" to copy and "control+v" to paste the text here in your post.

Man I have always likes this kid. He is special.

Argentina would have won the last world cup if their coach had managed the players better. Their 2 very young and special players were rotting on the bench most of the time.

Arabic commentary was awesome. LOL! I couldnt understand a word but...the guy sounded all calm and composed but although could tell he just wanted to jump off his chair, head down the field, hug Messi, and salute him.

Look at the Barcelona player, Messi's teamate wearing #7. He has his hands to his head after the goal with the..

"OMG! He did not just do that!" pose.

    Brilliant!
