Here's the thing about Tilman. The fan hate factor from 1-10 is really not that high.

We're not the Knicks fans vs Dolan. Nobody at the games are holding signs to sell the Rockets.
Hell, half the arena is empty . A leftover from the Les Alexander regime.

Nobody at the games are revolting against the owner or do they even care about his dealings.

The thing about Tilman is he actually has other businesses with goods and employees.

Les had some student loan company where he would charged the living hell out of kids for loans
which is what he's doing to Tilman . Les being Les.

Les is the pure new york broker bonds salesman who only cares about the money
Tilman didn't want to pay his employees

Les didn't have many employees, he didn't have a store or sold chicken sandwiches
Don't need employees to sell luxury mansions you bought a few years ago, made no improvements and reselling for a few million more.
