Been watching the world cup and I can't believe how inconsistent their calls are. So to me it's football/soccer. Soccer Basketball Baseball Football
Futbol for sure. I mean... some calls are just blatantly obvious, yet they just swallow their whistles for some unknown reason...
this entire tournament has been poorly officiated, no question. i still vote basketball, because the euro leagues and what i've watched of MLS seem to be more fairly called as opposed to the refs in the NBA
Soccer - worldwide gamblers Football - most sports fans in America watch, and put it all on their team Baseball - second most watched sport in America Basketball - still a lot of corruption
Basketball. Don't think there's enough going on to excuse a genuinely bad foul call. And I've never understood the extra step on traveling.
Basketball's probably the worst. It's not just at the NBA level, college refs are pretty atrocious too. American Football's the best. Despite everything that's gone on this year, I think baseball's generally officiated fairly well, with some notable exceptions. Don't watch enough soccer outside of the World Cup to cast judgement.
basketball by far. bad officiating isnt really that common in league football games, just that this world cup is full of them.
What sets football apart from the rest of sports is the use of technology. They make mistakes but quite often correct them by use of replay. Sports like the nba just. Give officials far too much control with absolutely no accountability
My opinion of biggest whiners and complainers have changed with the few highlights I have seen of the world cup. 1.Futbol 2. Basketball There was so much flopping I thought the Jazz had all decided to play soccer.
This is where you're wrong. You need to watch actual games and lots of it rather than just highlights. It's even worse than you think. Also a soccer dive is far more spectacular than a basketball flop. Not even the baddest sniper rifle could make players fall like a soccer dive.
