I didn't spend any money on it; but man this **** hurts.

I rarely spend money on big purchases, but I would say money on spend on transportation (I live in a city and don't have a car) is a ****ing pain in the ass

Unloaded my life savings as a frugal university student (scraped together from summer vacation jobs) into the share market (approx. $6000 AUD) thinking I'd be clever while my colleagues traveled the world and enjoyed great life experiences. This was in 2007, cashed it out for around $2000 I think a year or two later. Haven't touched shares since.

I've had two that were exclusively freshwater, but the rest were salt. I hit something in the Colorado river today in Matagorda...........darn near ripped my skeg off. The boat is so new that the engine isn't even broken in. ****ing boats........they're a terminal illness. Also dropped a new Laguna rod and shimano reel in the river. Gone forever. Buyer's remorse is a b****.

I built a pc to put on Craigslist, didnt cost much(280$) as i went to Fry's for the parts. Well some guy who plays World oF War Craft contacted me on Craigslist. In a seperate box i left in there a blue tooth receiver/+ Usb Drive and a good quad core CPU worth about $250 all together. I called him up to ask how his pc was running, and he said great. I asked about the items that i left in that box, it was for his wires and extra stuff i have him that would come with the pc, he said i think i saw something like that, but would have to check and get back at me. I only made 40 bucks off this pc cause it cost 240 to build.

He said he look at it , see after work if he has it, but he never would call me. Everytime i called him he had his phone off. He probably put the cpu on craigslist to pay for half of the pc. lol

    • We had arranged this one month in advance.
    • She asked me to pay for her hair and makeup.
    • LMAO I wasn't trying to score that night (don't know where you got the whole "desperate" vibe from)

I lost $50 on the Texans to win the Superbowl last year (at 30-1).

I'm hoping to recoup that on my Rockets ticket to win the championship I bought... $100 @ 20-1
