I don't think so. Portland is not very deep or even that athletic. Warriors in 5, even if Durant doesn't play a minute.

you're talking about deep as if GS without kd is deep. portland's non deep team like collins, turner, and harkless stepped up huge today

 

I really hope it's competitive. I think the blazers are much more likeable and rootable.

Portland is a tougher matchup for GS than Denver. This one might go 7 if Lillard and CJ continue this superstar level play.

 

Hopefully Portland will at least keep it competitive.

I'll say Warriors in 6. Blazers get two because Blazers will actually lose their energy/hustle guys.

 

Just like the Rockets, the Blazers need their star backcourt to be on every single game. If Lillard has another bad game like in game 7 against the Nuggets, Blazers have no chance.

Even with a healthy Nurkic, I think the Blazers could only take 2 games from the Warriors. I voted sweep, but Blazers miiiight take one of the first two games at Oracle.

 

Durant going to be back game 3 or 4 I bet, depending on how things look, cousins also expected back sometime soonish? Not sure if that's good or bad though.... Not sure what Kanter even does in this series other than get exposed.

I'm going with 5 games but I could see a sweep. I think the Warriors are just as dangerous with Steph and Klay and with the Finals right there in each I don't think we are going to get anymore low-energy callous games from them. I also do not trust Portland's defense, at all.

 

CJ has been big. I'd expect Klay to lock him down. KD was supposed to be evaluated this week probably Monday so he may miss Tuesdays game at the very least. They already played the WC finals in HOU, the Dubs won it in 6.

 

I say warriors in 4 but it will probably be a "gentleman's sweep" and be Warriors in 5. Portland has no chance. They got there because they played an inexperienced Denver team and us and the Warriors were force to meet in 2nd round.

i think it's very likely that Blazers steal a couple of games. GSW will not take them seriously, even LAC gave them a couple of losses and shocked everyone.

 

I honestly didn't give my team much of a chance in round 1 or 2, especially after last year's sweep by the juggernaut Pelicans (haha). So, I have no effing clue what's going to happen. The one thing I do know is that Blazers aren't going to quit and will make GS work for it. Hope it's a fun series.

Ps. I hate the Warriors. I have been waiting for a team to finally take them down for years now and they even had me rooting for you guys. That means something. Haha.
