    This will be the only competitive series in the first round in the West. I think Portland will pull out a series win. The Clippers have been sinking for a while.

    Portland is the team in the playoffs (at least in the west) with the least to lose.

    That always makes for a dangerous team. Clippers are solid though and you know they are going to be hungry.

    McCollum's emergence this year has been spectacular. Before the season started, a lot of people in Portland wondered why Terry Stotts didn't give him more playing time his first two years. He did fairly well in limited time.

    Lillard really tailed off late in the season (exhaustion?) and McCollum became their closer. It will be interesting to see if he can continue the production and clutch shooting in the playoffs.

    If Lillard's shooting touch comes back, I think the Blazers have a chance. Otherwise, they are done in 4 or 5.

    Terry Stotts is a severely underrated coach.

    Did anyone hear mchale talking about rockets but not talking about them directly. He said we got a alot of mismatches especially those 1-8 matchups then changed topics quick
