Look, I am prochoice (along with the majority of the country) but contrary to the myth of the right - most liberals I know only support abortions near the end of the term to protect the life and health of the mother.

The situation you described - we don't know how often that happens if it happens at all, and I don't see how this law would change anything compared to the previous law.
