Really, the fight wasn't even close, why would anyone watch a rematch? Wouldn't Khabib vs GSP be much much bigger now? Or is GSP not a household name still?
There won't be a rematch. Khabib is going to be stripped and Conor will fight Ferguson for the Belt. Dana is glowing glowing because Conor probably got him some Mayweather ppv numbers and he's gonna put the belt on him again in six months
Conor pushes the limits and it came back to haunt him. Khabib isn't in the game for the money, this is all about pride and honour. He grew up around violence his whole life. You attack his father, family and religion don't be surprised when he beats the **** out of you and your team who continued to talk ****. After the bus incident it was always going to end very badly. In regards to the actual fight, Khabib absolutely dominated him, the class difference was huge. Conor was never in that fight. Was a great card as well, round 2 of Ferguson & Pettis was the round of the year, nothing came close. Throw in the Lewis punch with 10 seconds to go and a great performance from Karate Hottie and Reyes and it was a brilliant card well worth the money.
