..and let's go for a top 3 pick next season's draft.

There are about 6 highly touted centers in next years draft. Morey desperately needs get in the front of the line and draft his guy.

yes, i'm pro development. I'm pro court-time for our young players (which is not really the same as tanking) ;)

fyi: Cody Zeller will make his brother look like Greg Ostertag

Problem with that is we need leaders to help the young guys develop. Sadly, we are likely to trade Scola, who is probably the most positive vet with leadership experience on the team and Camby isn't a lock which might put us in the rough spots that we see teams like Sacramento, Washington, Golden State and other bottom feeder teams have been in for so long, having talent but not having enough leadership that they can get out of being some of the top lottery teams.

He will make his brother look like a very large and serviceable starting center with many years of productivity in the NBA? I don't understand.

bad analogy. I mean't Hasheem Thabeet.

screw trying to be cleaver cause it's not working for me today: Cody Zeller is gonna be a really good center.

This season I'm all for it, these guys(Lamb, White, Jones) are special and need lots of playing time. If we get a high pick it's a double reward.

    Honestly, If we play :

    PG: Dragic
    SG: Lamb
    SF: White
    PF: Jones
    C: Camby

I would watch this yr alot more than last .... is just diff watchin' rookies play.

I'd go with the following young line up!!!

    PG: Dragic / Lull
    SG: Lamb / Lee
    SF: White / Parson / M Morris
    PF: D-Montiejunas / Jones
    C: Camby / Patterson

That line up would definitely peek my interest!!!!

Lowry, Scola, Kevin Martin need to be traded away!!! Because they are not building block. Now dont' get me wrong, I like all three of those guys. But without a Dwight Howard, they'd be wasting away their talents in Houston.

Scola and Martin were Specifically brought in to compliment Yao Ming. That experiment is over! Lowry beat out Aaron Brooks, and has proven he's on the verge of all-star talent.

I'm sure the Rockets could get some late first round picks for those guys!

    I like it.

However, no Zeller next year. I'm all about Nerlens Noel or Shabazz Muhammad.

Nerlens and shabazz will both be top 5 picks. UK beat writers are saying defensively he's better than Davis.

Take it for what its worth.

Let's keep Parsons in the rotation too. He deserves playing time.
    Unlike Scola and Martin.

If there's any justice at all in the (basketball) world Houston will get to draft Cody Zeller next June.

The Rockets just don't seem to truly be the "ROCKETS" without a great center...

Vets to provide guidance are easy to find. The teams in the lottery want to stay in the lottery for now. Even OKC was there for a while after Durant.

    Takes time.

6 centers projected to go in the lottery from draft net right now with one other center in the first round. 4 out of 7 center that are going in the first round are lotto picks on draft express.

This is exactly what I am for as well. Play the young guns and if we win great, but if we lose that's ok too.

I'm all for this, but I'd put Leuen as the backup Center; he's legit there.
