    The context... trump and melanie are going to a 9/11 memorial event. Along with trump having "supporter pens" to greet and applaud him, look at the expression on trump compared to flotus and secret service...

    Come on. Rats have complex social dynamics. They live communally, have a social order, etc. A rat that can only think to run, kill, eat or **** won't live long.
