Congressman Moulton is the 3rd veteran, under age 42, to have announced his candidacy. he is from Salem, MA, son of a secretary and a real estate lawyer. after graduating from Harvard, he joined the military, serving 4 tours of duty in Iraq. he first ran for Congress in 2014, beating a 6-term Dem.
