UT missed out on both Bumper Pool and Tank Jenkins. Herman needs to get his name game straightened out.

2019 is shaping up to be a robust class for us. This season is a nice table-setter for 2019 and beyond.

Currently I think they have the #2 class for '19. I want to see some resemblances of the Wrecking Crew again....... Atleast glimpses. Kyle Field was one of the toughest places to win in CFB. We need to show home dominance again soon.

I don't even look at recruiting classes anymore. Our recruiting rankings haven't correlated with wins in years. Tired of hearing about the wrecking crew as well. It's been like 20 years.

26 years. Wrecking Crew died with RC, they sure were fun to watch back in the day.

We've never had a class as touted as the 2019 class. This is a different beast.

Ya, sad. I actually attended the basketball game which was his last broadcast. Very low key and humble ceremony, as expected from him.

Be weird listening to broadcasts where he isn't there.

Not sure if its really a different beast...Aggies have had highly touted classes before. Maybe a bigger, badder beast.

Regardless, and while this is a very encouraging sign...what needs to happen is for that talent to translate to wins. Recruitment rankings mean nothing once the play actually starts. I do like what I am hearing about the much more business like approach in C Stat under Fisher. Much needed. But Aggies are in the toughest division in college football. You could easily be ranked 4th in the country...and third in that division. So I'm not proclaiming victory by any means yet. But steps in the right direction.

The difference is they have one of the best HC's in college football now. A huge upgrade. This coming from a Longhorn fan.

Key games as a measuring stick : vs Clemson , @ Bama in September. Three game road stretch vs SouthCar, Miss st, Auburn. But A&M does have a week off between SCar & Miss St. Ole Miss might have the best WR corps in the country.

Marchiol is probably a non-story. What is a story is that the NCAA will be snooping around campus for years to come.

I'm sorry that the collie #8 died.

If he got fired for recruiting violation that would be a good cause.
