I hate BoB, but I will hold judgment on this decision until another few seasons and see where Foreman is at. But you could blame him for drafting him in the first place though.

The Texans have played a lot of games that didn't mean anything.

He gonna go off for 200 yards against us now in the first game and a mediocre 150 the second.

We all know TY Hilton, NOT D'Onta Foreman, is gonna go off.

If that means TY Hilton ain't gonna go off, D'Onta can have his "revenge" game. :D

IF, if he makes the team.

Hard to blame anyone after an Achilles injury. But you can certainly blame him if we go into the season with Miller and a bunch of UDFAs and journeymen.

So Foreman will wear the clown mask instead of TY. Probably run for 3tds his first game back at nrg. Smh.

Of course Foreman goes to the Colts. That way he can return to form and run circles around the Texans.

Actually, releasing D'Onta Foreman is an excellent demonstration of accountability. Broken down prima donna can't show up to meetings on time and won't play special teams... he got what he deserved. Keeping him on the roster in spite of this behavior sends a horrible signal to the rest of team. Bye bye D'Onta. Don't let the door hit your achilles on the way out! We need to instill a culture of discipline and D'Onta's behavior just doesn't fit.

It's shocking to me that people here are criticizing the front office for this move.

    GOOD DAY

You can bet he is going to be motivated to show the Texans made a mistake. Now he is on a division rival that has already shown they are better.

Think this may have been mentioned here already, but it's not that BoB broke off Foreman that has people perplexed and annoyed. It's that this couldn't have been the first time Foreman acted like a knucklehead, and yet the geniuses on Kirby didn't see fit to put a contingency in place in case they needed to cut him. No drafted RB, no trade for any of the disgruntled, talented guys out there, even though they've the cap space and then some to absorb him.

Heard an interesting tidbit on the radio how Belichick puts the responsibility of player development on the coaches, not on the player. Don’t get me wrong, this falls on Foreman. But this is not BoB’s first or second season. He’s going into his 6th season and we’re still talking about needing to instill a culture of discipline?

Swearinger and Foreman don’t wanna play special teams? Get the f*ck out! Not on my team! Cushing gets suspended (again) for 10 games? Don’t worry your starting spot will be right here waiting for you.

BoB is an arrogant, overpowered ******* who has proven nothing in this league outside of absolute mediocrity and it is a total joke that he continues to gain more power in this organization.

With that said, I support cutting Foreman. If he was constantly late for meetings and wasn’t pass blocking and giving max effort then let the Colts have him. I would prefer someone hungry with two non_surgically repaired Achilles’ tendons taking snaps. It appears he has no one to blame but himself.
