Of all injuries, non-contact are the most preventable by S & C.

uh no. you must not have played any sports in your lifetime

theres nothing preventable about non contact knee injuries. the minute you plant wrong or in an awkward angle, an injury can occur.

Only my entire life. When the muscles supporting your joints are properly stretched and strengthened the likelihood of injury decreases.

Please enlighten me as to how S & C have absolutely no correlation to non-contact injuries.

you need to be enlighten? its common sense. unless you think a S&C coach holds your knee while you walk or run at all times

No, but muscles do. And if it's so simple why don't you just lay it out for me. That is, if you know what you're talking about and not just trying to sound smart.

when its common sense you wouldn't acknowledge it anyway.

you'd continue to believe a s&c coach would prevent a non contact acl tear bc they take care of the "muscles". please go do some research to begin with. its pretty embarrassing you're trying to have an actual conversation about this

I'm not saying it "would." I'm saying it could.

At this point i'm 99.9% sure you are just talking out of your ass and simply can't back up your argument.

you can assume all you want but you have no clue. i dont need to back up anything to you when you just dont realize certain things in sports are not preventable no matter what you do. and if you truly think so enjoy that fairy tale of yours

The effect (or lack thereof) of strength and conditioning on non contact injuries are not 'common sense.' You might want to stop using that phrase.

wish you were able to walk into a room with a med staff and say the answer is we need a s&c coach. their reaction would be priceless.

Yeah. They would say "it probably wouldn't hurt."

    How priceless.
