They saved around 4 mil by cutting Gipson and could save another 3 mil by cutting Kelemete. I might even be a little off on the low side of the cap savings.

    I'm not a cap expert.

Cut Mancz? Fulton becomes swing G? Would give us great depth, but not sure it makes sense to pay him $7 million to be a backup.

The offensive line is shaping up just fine. There are some what we hope are stalwarts, but there is still room for improvement.

Fulton is better as a pass blocker and warlord is among the best at run blocking. It’s a trade off, and I’d take Warford due to O’Brien liking to run the ball up the middle. On the other hand, the cohesiveness of the oline is important as it would be the first time in the Watson era that he gets the whole line back to block for him. I’d use that $7 million and put that towards Everson Griffen to improve the pass rush.

7 million is a bargain for a good lineman. This is an absolute no brainer if you ask me. Get it done!

Maybe Fulton isn't that much of a drop off talent wise.

Or keep Fulton and get another pass rusher with that $7m

I agree. If the offense is going to be centered around passing the ball, then Fulton fits better. The oline should improve this year with the growth of Tunsil, Scharping, Martin, and Howard.

I feel that but still like the idea of Warford... pro bowler who'd been there and done that and still can do more.

I’d keep Fulton over Kelemete if the cap allows

You’d have to ask Fulton to take a pay cut. Can’t pay him $7M to be a swing

If it's the best move for the line then you should before Watson gets very expensive towards the cap ($4 mil for 2020 and $17 mil for 2021).

BoB spent all his money on David Johnson, overpaying Randall Cobb, overpaying Eric Murray etc.
